Automatic notifications

Opticloud enables a maintenance team can get automatic notifications based on time, production hours, or for example number of units produced or a specific range of data points.

As an example, a team or person can get a notification, for example via email and/or on the Opticloud operator dashboard, that a task needs to be done or that an anomaly is detected. This enables data-driven predictive maintenance and higher uptime.

AI driven maintenance

The automatic notifications are based on artificial intelligence. Opticloud will automatically trigger a notification when the desired time, production hours, number of units, or an anomaly in data range is detected and/or reached. This will avoid unnecessary breakdowns, higher uptime, and the capacity and potential of machines and humans being used more efficiently.

Messages, team collaboration, and digital logbook

The communication between different shift teams or employees is important to share knowledge about certain key production moments or general trends which all will lead to higher uptime.

Opticloud enables messages to be shared among employees via the logbook functionality on the operator panel. Messages can also be shared via creating tasks or sending messages via the predictive maintenance module in Opticloud.

Messages can also be sent out by managers for the benefit of all relevant operators. Many times, there is a lot of knowledge inside the heads of employees and Opticloud is the platform where this knowledge can be shared for mutual benefit.

There might also be processes that are currently described in various places such as Microsoft Excel, paper documents, manual checklists, and inside the heads of employees.

Opticloud is the one place where all this information can be digitally noted, stored, and shared in an easy way. Opticloud is designed for collaboration between humans – based on data from humans, machines, and manual processes.
