Automatic and manual stop reason registration

The waste reason and stop cause is a functionality you can find in the dashboard of the Opticloud portal. You will there see an overview of your machines and can click on one of them.

You can have stop reasons that we can automatically report to you, or you can have stop reasons where you manually select the reasons. You can also have both.

When a machine has a stop, the screen will automatically emerge with your predefined stop reason categories. When you click on it, you can manually choose between your stop reasons. The chosen reasons will also emerge in your report.
