In 2024, we implemented Opticloud on one of our production lines and have been very pleased with it as a tool for continuous improvement.
With Opticloud, we now have the ability to collect data on uptime, OEE, and downtime reasons. Additionally, we’ve added the capability to track the waste percentage on the production line.
Opticloud provides us with valuable management information that was previously unavailable.
Our operators have also gained a tool to monitor uptime directly on a tablet, which has indirectly encouraged quicker recovery times after stoppages. Comparing our OEE to previous data before Opticloud, we’ve seen an average increase of 5% within just three months.
